FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can table at Fall Fest?

Below is a list of groups that can request to table at Fall Fest:

  • SGA/GSG recognized organizations
  • SGA/GSG tentative organizations
  • Fraternity & Sorority Life organizations
  • Academically recognized organizations
  • Club sports
  • Campus resources

In order to be eligible to table, each organization (with the exception of campus resources) must complete any registration/training as deemed necessary by their recognizing agent (ex: SGA recognized organizations must complete registration on Engage & SOTE). Please note that we are no longer accepting table requests for Fall Fest 2025.

My group was confirmed to table at the event, what do we need to know?

Congratulations on being confirmed to table, and thank you for completing all your registration and training steps! Here are some things you should know as we approach Fall Fest:

  • Final table assignments were sent via email on August 28th. The individual who submitted registration for their organization should have received this email. For campus resources, club sports, and academically recognized organizations, the individual who submitted the request form should have received this email.
  • You will be given one table and one complimentary table cover. Please feel free to bring your own table cover, if you have one.
  • As soon as you arrive on site to table, you must check in your organization to the event. There will be a QR code on your table that links to our check-in form. A staff member will be around to ensure organizations check-in, and to thank you for your time!
  • Please remember that only 1-2 individuals per organization should be tabling at a time, and please continue to be mindful of space and respectful to those around you.
  • If you are interested in bringing larger materials that are deemed necessary for your organization’s marketing and outreach (such as larger student-built projects, like vehicles), you must reach out to nucsi@northeastern.edu to submit these requests. Each year, we work to intentionally place each organization, and cannot always guarantee the capacity for these items due to space limitations. Please note that we are unable to provide any technology at this time.
  • If you are in need of any accommodations at Fall Fest, please reach out to nucsi@northeastern.edu and we are happy to support.
  • Once the event is over, please make sure to clean up your table and throw out any trash, if necessary. Our Facilities team will break down the tables and chairs.

More information will be shared via email, so keep an eye out for that communication!

I missed the deadline for registration/SOTE. Can I still table?

Unfortunately, organizations who did not complete registration and/or SOTE on time are not eligible to table at Fall Fest 2025.

Do I need a ticket to attend Fall Fest?

No, tickets are not required to attend! Fall Fest is a completely free event, but is intended for current Northeastern community members.

Is there going to be water provided?

Yes, there will be multiple water stations across campus. Our larger water stations will be at Centennial and Krentzman, with other stations being in front of Behrakis and Egan.

Is there anywhere I can go to take a break away from the crowds?

Individuals who need to or would benefit from space to take a break during Fall Fest can use our sensory-friendly space in the Student Organization Suite in 240 CSC.

Where can I go to ask questions during the event?

If you have any questions about the event, navigating campus, or general inquiries about the student experience on campus, we recommend stopping by our CSI Info Tents! Staff, alongside our Fall Fest Ambassadors, will be able to provide insight, guidance, and support for attendees throughout the duration of the event. Our Fall Fest Ambassadors are incredible student leaders on campus, and can share their expertise, experiences and perspective with any incoming and/or returning student here at Northeastern.
