Noelia Rodriguez
Student Engagement Specialist
Originally from Southern Oklahoma, Noelia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma before completing her Master of Science in College Student Personnel at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She joined Northeastern in September 2025 as a Student Engagement Specialist in CSI, where she coordinates programs like Fall Fest and the Student Life Awards, along with other campus traditions.
Before joining Northeastern, Noelia supported student engagement and leadership development at multiple campuses, including the University of Tennessee, Berklee College of Music, and her alma mater, the University of Oklahoma. These experiences shaped her commitment to fostering inclusive communities and empowering students to grow as leaders and engaged community members. Passionate about student development, Noelia is dedicated to creating welcoming environments where all students feel supported to thrive. Her curiosity drives her to continuously learn and craft opportunities that encourage connection and belonging.
When she’s not on campus, Noelia enjoys exploring Boston’s food scene with her partner, picking up new hobbies, and spending her Sundays in kelly green– Fly, Eagles Fly!
